How would you characterize the San Diego music scene, at least in terms of the places and situations you operate in? Does it feel like a creatively healthy scene down there?
Veronica: San Diego songwriters band together. And I think the main reason is because of one woman, Cathryn Beeks. Go to listenlocalsd.com to learn of her giving ways. She is the reason Lindsay and I even met. She gives all songwriters a chance. There are so many different genres of bands in San Diego and for some reason we rarely touch one another. But the SD singer/songwriter community is a rare gem in this world. We are family."
